Cancellation Policy

Inner Light Skin Care has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy as we have reserved time and space especially for you.  We ask that if you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service.

Please arrive five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can dedicate the full amount of time to your treatment. Late arrivals may be subject to rescheduling and the 50% fee would apply. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns on services or gift cards ever. Unique product returns or refunds are at the discretion of management.
